A bolt-jointed frame that pursues the reduction of manufacturing and installation man-hours.

We design and manufacture various types of platforms (operational platforms, walkways, stairs, handrails, ladders, etc.) tailored to our customers' requests, one by one. Through our unique methods, we supply bolt-joined platforms at high quality and low prices. We conduct everything from structural analysis and strength calculations to planning design using 3D CAD, as well as detailed work (including the creation of installation drawings). Additionally, we can provide integrated manufacturing from primary processing linked with 3D CAD to assembly and painting. <Feature 1> Quality Improvement - Integrated Manufacturing System for Steel Structures By converting data from 3D CAD software to each processing machine, parts are manufactured according to the drawings. Since welding is not performed, thermal distortion does not occur, allowing for the stable supply of products. <Feature 2> Reduction of Manufacturing Labor By using bolts in all factory assembly parts, we shorten the manufacturing period and can supply at lower prices. <Feature 3> Reduction of Installation Labor By using bolts in all installation parts on-site, we can reduce installation labor associated with welding, as well as the preparation work during welding and the grinding range during finishing painting. The types of platforms we handle are divided into three categories based on their respective uses: ■ Operation Platforms These are floors and walkways (including stairs, ladders, and handrails) for people to access and perform operations, inspections, and monitoring of manufacturing machinery, piping equipment, conveyors, tanks, etc. ■ Support Platforms These are frameworks for installing and supporting heavy objects such as machinery and equipment. ■ Piping and Duct Platforms These are frameworks for collectively supporting pipes, ducts, cables, and more. In various plants and factory facilities, numerous floors and walkways (including stairs, ladders, and handrails) are installed for the purpose of allowing personnel to operate, maintain, inspect, and monitor equipment, tanks, pumps, conveyors, manholes, piping valves, etc., both outdoors and indoors. These operational platforms are typically constructed by welding the factory-made beams, columns, stairs, and handrails at the installation site. However, this process often involves the removal of welding thermal distortion and finishing work for painting, which contributes to high costs. We provide a comprehensive service from basic planning (foundation load calculations, structural analysis, strength calculations) to layout design using general-purpose 3D CAD (TEKLA STRUCTURES), as well as detailed work (installation and creation of construction drawings) for supporting structures that consolidate piping, ducts, cables, and other elements within various plants and factory facilities. If necessary, we also offer a complete package from design to product supply, including piping supports (such as spring hangers, pipe shoes, and saddles). By customizing "TEKLA STRUCTURES" in-house, we enhance the efficiency of design work, including automated placement of standardized products. The models created in 3D can be expanded into part processing drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings, 3D data required by customers, and various lists.
